In some cases it is noticed that students' base of the subject is not good rather it is poor.We have huge pressure of completing syllabus and other non academic jobs as a result are not able to do much for them.As a result they suffer .Sometime I doubt my own capabilities.What can be done to help these learners.

कुछ मामलों में यह देखा गया है कि छात्रों का विषय अच्छा नहीं है, बल्कि खराब है। हम पर सिलेबस और अन्य गैर-शैक्षणिक नौकरियों को पूरा करने का भारी दबाव है, जिसके परिणामस्वरूप वे उनके लिए बहुत कुछ करने में सक्षम नहीं हैं। इसके परिणामस्वरूप वे पीड़ित हैं। कई बार मुझे अपनी खुद की क्षमताओं पर संदेह है। इन शिक्षार्थियों की मदद के लिए क्या किया जा सकता है?
