Try to teach maths in an interesting and easy manner. Give some easy problems to solve first so that students feel they can do it, then move on to difficult ones.

Make the child understand the importance of making a future for himself. Ask the foster parents to discipline him without being harsh.

It is a difficult situation. I hope you have spoken to his mother. If he is already not interested in studies, this might be a cooked up reason. Suggest skill training for him.

You need to give a detailed talk to students that these are mere superstitions and misleading. Give them examples.

Do remember that attraction towards the opposition sex is very natural at this age. Do not shame or scold the student for it. Ignore it unless there is a disciplinary problem. You cannot wish it away altogether.

You have use the right approach. Also, give him opportunities to be the leader in small ways. Have him read out in the class or take part in a discussion. Give him some attention. Most of the rowdy students just need attention and appreciation.

It is important to make them understand the seriousness of attending classes and how it will affect their future. The classes should also be more interesting. Try to discipline them without abusing or insulting them, which will make them resent the teacher and class even more.

 I showed the video of Arunima(who climb mount everest instead of physical disabilities). we tried to motivate all students but only that students get motivated whose inner sense realize the truth.So, don`t worry.Keep ur efforts ...lage raho...lage raho.
