A counselling session has been done with underachievers of class 10th & +2. It is found that most of underachievers neglect their studies. They do not have interest in self study because of family background and ignorance .
They were being motivated with different examples , so that they may learn how they can manage in their families and what is importance of education  in their life.
They were also motivated to maintain their time table and give sufficient time to tough subject.
