As a counselor I did the counseling of 10th class underachiever. During the counseling session ifiubd that they have lack of intrinsic motivation regarding studies. They are not interested in self study. I motivated them by giving examples of famous persons like APJ Abdul kalam, Dr. Manmohan singh etc.. I give some tips regarding how to achieve good marks in exams.

एक काउंसलर के रूप में मैंने 10 वीं कक्षा के अंडर अचीवर की काउंसलिंग की। काउंसलिंग सत्र के दौरान पाया कि उन्हें अध्ययन के बारे में आंतरिक प्रेरणा की कमी है। वे स्व अध्ययन में रुचि नहीं रखते हैं। मैंने उन्हें एपीजे अब्दुल कलाम, डॉ मनमोहन सिंह आदि जैसे प्रसिद्ध व्यक्तियों का उदाहरण देकर प्रेरित किया। मैंने परीक्षा में अच्छे अंक प्राप्त करने के बारे में उन्हें सुझाव दिए।
