ਗਿਆਰਵੀਂ ਬਾਰਵੀਂ ਜਮਾਤ ਦੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਮਾਪੇ ਕਦੀ ਸਕੂਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਉਂਦੇ ਨਾ ਫ਼ੋਨ ਚੁਕਦੇ ਹਨ ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਬਾਰੇ ਕੋਈ ਗੱਲ ਸਾਂਝੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੀ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਇਸ ਗੱਲ ਦਾ ਫਾਇਦਾ ਉਠਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਘਰ ਜਾਣ ਤੇ ਵੀ ਮਿਲਣਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਉਹ ਦਿਹਾੜੀ ਤੇ ਗੲੇ ਹੁੰਂਦੇ ਹਨ।
Parents of 11th and 12th class students never come to school or pick up the phone so no information about the student can be shared with them and the students take advantage of this. They don't even have to meet when they go home because they are paid.

I don't think you can force the parents to come. Try and counsel the student. But I hope you are polite with the parents when they do come for PTM. No one will come if school authorities are rude to them.
