Title: Why students consider cramming easy than understanding a topic?

Some students of middle classes cram very well a given topic of some subject but they do not have clarity of a topic while it is explained  several times by the mentor. what could be done to make them understand the topic?

माध्यमिक वर्ग के कुछ छात्र किसी विषय के दिए गए विषय को बहुत अच्छी तरह से रट लेते हैं लेकिन उनके पास किसी विषय की स्पष्टता नहीं होती है जबकि कई बार मेंटर द्वारा उसे समझाया जाता है। उन्हें विषय समझाने के लिए क्या किया जा सकता है?

A teacher should be able to correct his/her way of explaining if the students fail to understand. Somewhere there is a flaw in the style of teaching. Encourage asking of questions.

एक शिक्षक को यह समझाने में सक्षम होना चाहिए कि यदि छात्र समझने में असफल हैं  तो उन्हें समझाने का तरीका क्या होगा। कहीं न कहीं शिक्षण की शैली में दोष है। प्रश्न पूछने को प्रोत्साहित करें।
