ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੋਬਾਈਲ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਦਿਨ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਦਿਨ ਵੱਧ ਦੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਉਹ ਕਿਤਾਬਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਦੂਰ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਰੋਕਿਆ ਜਾਵੇ?
