Several incidents of theft occurred in our school.The belongings of teaching staff were stolen especially money.Then with the help of CCTV's student who was involved in all this was caught red handed.He admitted his fault.I enquired him.It came out that due to scarcity of resources at home,he did such act. He was then counselled how to manage the resources and above all how a particular mind set up can be shifted from one aspiration mistake and not to repeat such mistake and how to manage with limited means.

हमारे स्कूल में चोरी की कई घटनाएं हुईं। शिक्षण स्टाफ के सामान विशेष रूप से पैसे चुराए गए। सीसीटीवी की सहायता से जो छात्र इन सबमें   शामिल था, उसे रंगे हाथ पकड़ा गया। उसने अपनी गलती स्वीकार की। मैंने उससे पूछताछ की। यह सामने आया कि घर में संसाधनों की कमी के कारण, उसने ऐसा काम किया। उसके बाद परामर्श दिया गया कि संसाधनों का प्रबंधन कैसे किया जाता है और सबसे ऊपर यह है कि किसी विशेष मन को एक आकांक्षा गलती से कैसे स्थानांतरित किया जा सकता है। इस तरह की गलती को दोहराना नहीं है और सीमित साधनों के साथ कैसे प्रबंधित किया जाए? इस बारे में परामर्श दिया जाए।
