One of the under achiever is addicted to Cool Lips for the last four years. Student remains passive in the class room and doesn't show any interest in studies. Contacted with the parents but in vain. Student was counselled twice or thrice but he says it may take time. What to do furthermore?

पिछले चार वर्षों से एक अंडर अचीवर तबाकू का आदी है। विद्यार्थी कक्षा कक्ष में निष्क्रिय रहता है और पढ़ाई में कोई दिलचस्पी नहीं दिखाता है। माता-पिता से संपर्क किया लेकिन व्यर्थ। छात्र की दो-तीन बार काउंसलिंग की गई लेकिन उसका कहना है कि इसमें समय लग सकता है। इसके अलावा क्या करें?

Father drunkard...beats wife and children,... does not support financially.. mother goes to work early in the morning at 6:00 am... left children sleeping.. father does want children to study... children daily late comers...no breakfast
