Working as a teacher in rural area for the last 13 years , what I observed is that the students have only single aim in life. Everybody want to join defence services. After couple of attempts some got success but the remaining lost the path. They feel that no more options are there for them. Such kind of ignorance with one aim is very harmful for the rural students. So, the need is to educate them about various fields they can opt if they are not successful in getting defence service.

Please hold career guidance sessions for them and invite people who are doing well in their jobs to speak to them and motivate them.
