As a counselor, I intimated the  underachiever students of class 11 and class 12 of Government Adarsh Sen. Sec. School, Lodhipur,  about how to concentrate on studies. During counseling it was observed that student did not have interest in self study, Lack of motivation, unsuitable environment at home for studies were the main reasons. They were guided to revise at home what they were taught at school  and some steps were discussed with students how to concentrate in studies, how  to get intrinsic motivation to achieve good marks.  I am sure that counseling had a profound impact on the mind of children.


एक काउंसलर के रूप में, मैंने सरकारी आदर्श सीनियर सैकण्डरी स्कूल लोधीपुर  के  11वीं  और  12वीं  के कम अंक लेने वाले   छात्रों को सूचित किया। काऊंनस्लिंग के दौरान पाया गया कि  छात्रों को सेल्फ स्टडी में रुचि नहीं थी, प्रेरणा की कमी, पढ़ाई के लिए घर में अनुपयोगी वातावरण इसके मुख्य कारण थे। उन्हें घर पर संशोधित करने के लिए निर्देशित किया गया था कि उन्हें स्कूल में क्या पढ़ाया गया था और छात्रों के साथ कुछ कदमों पर चर्चा की गई थी कि कैसे पढ़ाई में ध्यान केंद्रित करें, कैसे अच्छे अंक प्राप्त करने के लिए आंतरिक प्रेरणा प्राप्त करें। मुझे यकीन है कि काउंसलिंग का बच्चों के दिमाग पर गहरा असर पड़ा होगा।
