Student of 9th class stays away from classmates and teachers. He fears talking to anyone.

Teachers behave friendly with him. all his classmates are told to be friendly with him and cooperate with him . Special attention is given to him regarding his studies and asked by teachers regarding any personal problems he is facing.

Please suggest if any other steps should be taken
