Title: Inactive phyically and Mentally

The Student always remain silent in the class and in school complex.He takes no part in any activity and sits silently he never talk to other students he is very slow in learning.He not responding in any activity including study. He always buried  in thoughts.He is also handicapped.

विद्यार्थी हमेशा कक्षा और स्कूल परिसर में चुप रहता है। वह किसी भी गतिविधि में भाग नहीं लेता है और चुपचाप बैठता है वह कभी भी अन्य छात्रों से बात नहीं करता है वह सीखने में बहुत धीमा है। अध्ययन सहित किसी भी गतिविधि में कोई प्रतिक्रिया नहीं दे रहा है। वह हमेशा विचारों में डूबा रहता था। वह  विकलांग भी  है।

You need to build up his self confidence through appreciation and motivation. Give him small tasks to do to include him in class activities. Send him to the counsellor.
